Iowa's Rising Star continued to expand in 2018. The year saw a climb to 19,000 residents, a 30.7% INCREASE since 2010. And our City had a record 178 new single-family residential building permits issued (valued at $40,173,872).
We grew. We built. And we welcomed a new wave of businesses, families and developers - ready to keep life happening now in Iowa's Rising Star.
