OUR GROWTH IN 2021.
2021 was an incredible year for Altoona. The City maintained a population of roughly 20,000 residents, a 35% increase since 2010. Over $388 million in new building permits were issued, making 2021 a record year for Altoona. Plus, the City approved site plans for over 2.8 million square feet of new space development.
