Since 2013, Graham Group has developed more than 3 million square-feet of industrial warehouse space in the Des Moines metro. For their latest project – a massive 75-acre development with two x 270,000 square-foot warehouses (540,000 square-feet total) – they chose Altoona.

On Thursday, February 6, 2020, Amazon.com, Inc. announced plans to open its first fulfillment center in the state of Iowa. The 645,000 square-foot fulfillment center will bring 1,000 new full-time jobs to the region.

When LightEdge opened their first Altoona data center in 2007, some people didn’t know what to make of it.
